For me it wouldn't be the auto that was the deal breaker, it would be that color. Still for $12k it would be tempting if local.

early C3s have just shot up in value over the past 5 years. Even rubber bumper 74-75 vettes have shot up. A couple 75 roadsters are asking 25-27k for them

That's interesting because I actually prefer the green over a lot of other colors.

I have a thing about green cars that goes way back. They're ok if they're a dark green, like BRG, but anything lighter is no-go with me. Of course my first car was a lighter green in the 70s fashion but beggars can't be choosers.
